Each member organization is entitled to designate two (2)
representatives to the Foundation for Amateur Radio (FAR).
Designated representatives shall then be considered for election
to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees reserves the
right to refuse to elect any representative whose character,
reputation or conduct would, in their opinion, make him or her an
undesirable representative of amateur radio.
Organizations are required to be personally represented at FAR
meetings at least once each calendar year. Organizations are
also required to update their club information annually.
Each Trustee shall make themselves familiar with the Constitution
and By-laws of The Foundation for Amateur Radio (FAR). They
shall report regularly to the membership of their organization
and shall keep themselves informed as to the needs and desires
of their organization in order to faithfully and intelligently
represent the interests of their organization. Membership is
restricted to Amateur Radio Organizations.
Member organizations must be willing to support FAR sponsored
activities.
FAR member organizations have one vote on issues brought up at
FAR meetings.
Application is hereby made for membership/renewal in the
Foundation for Amateur Radio.
The initial application fee of $25.00 is included or waived .

be included.
